Superstate is a New York financial technology firm led by Compound founder Robert Leshner, building tokenized investment products and capital-markets infrastructure. Its Opening Bell platform issues natively tokenized, SEC-registered public company shares on Solana (e.g. Galaxy GLXY, Forward Industries FWDI, Exodus EXOD) to KYC'd, allowlisted wallets, and it also runs tokenized funds such as USTB and FundOS for asset managers.
